How do I change my daily goal?
Go to Settings → Daily Goal. You can set a custom amount in oz or ml, or let the app calculate a recommended goal based on your body weight and activity level.
How does the charity: water donation work?
When you hold a 30-day streak as a Well Plus subscriber, the app triggers a $1 donation to charity: water via Every.org. The donation counter on your Impact screen tracks your progress toward the next donation.
My streak disappeared — what happened?
Streaks reset if you miss logging your full daily goal before midnight. If you believe this was a mistake, use the Undo button that appears after logging to reverse the last entry. The Undo option disappears after a few seconds, so act quickly.
How do I restore my Well Plus purchase?
Go to Settings → Well Plus → Restore Purchase. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored on any device signed into the same account.
What is the $0.99/month introductory offer?
The first 100 subscribers receive Well Plus at $0.99/month for the first billing period. This offer is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. After the intro period, the price moves to the standard $2.99/month.
How do I delete my data?
All your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. To delete everything: delete the app from your iPhone. To also remove iCloud data, go to iCloud.com → Manage Storage → Well Hydrated → Delete.
The app isn't showing my correct streak.
If you use multiple devices, make sure you're signed into iCloud on all of them — the app syncs streak data via iCloud Key-Value Storage. If you recently restored your phone, it may take a moment to sync. Contact us if the issue persists.
